You will operate with autonomy, managing complex search assignments for prominent clients across various sectors within Gauteng and beyond.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive search, preferably retained or specialized recruitment.
• Proven success placing senior leadership (C-suite, Director, VP).
• Strong market mapping, candidate sourcing, and client management abilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
