• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and priorities.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur, managing a dynamic agenda.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and key activities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact to marketing teams and other business areas.
• Develop and coordinate presentations and meeting materials with clear, structured content.
• Contribute to meetings and communications with a consultative, creative perspective.
