Job summary

Syngenta is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will manage a dynamic agenda, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure priorities, meetings and follow-up actions are handled with accuracy and sound judgment.

The role provides high-level support to the Marketing team, bringing a consultative, creative and engaging perspective to communications, meetings and workshops, in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Communications, Institutional Relations or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience providing executive assistance to senior leaders.
• Advanced English, with the ability to communicate confidently with local, regional and global stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing complex agendas, travel arrangements and multiple priorities.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint, and confidence adopting new digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high autonomy, judgment, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur, managing a dynamic agenda and optimizing time and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, business trips and key activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted contact between the Marketing Head, the Marketing team and other business areas.
• Develop and coordinate presentations, meeting materials and action follow-ups.
• Contribute to Marketing meetings and workshops with a consultative, creative and engaging perspective.
