Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection in Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks an Executive Assistant to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur. You will manage a dynamic agenda, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure priorities and follow-ups are handled with sound judgment.

You will also support the Marketing team with presentations, communications and workshops, bringing a consultative, creative, and engaging perspective to team activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing executive assistance to senior leaders.
• Advanced English with ability to communicate confidently with regional and global stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex agendas, travel, and multiple priorities.
• Strong command of MS Office; comfortable adopting new digital tools.
• Excellent communication, autonomy, judgment, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Marketing Head LATAM & Sur, managing a dynamic agenda and coordinating priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, business trips and key activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate presentations, meeting materials and follow-ups.
• Support Marketing team with communications, meetings and workshops to foster collaboration.
