Job summary

Connections Education Llc is recruiting a Data Migration Lead to guide end-to-end data migration activities for a major automotive client within a global consulting firm. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and drive controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Daily work is conducted in English in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with 100% remote, full-time engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
