YO AI Labs seeks a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a data migration program for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Requires expertise in extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading; S/4HANA experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Expertise in extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with migration controls and risk management strategies; S/4HANA migrations preferred.
• English proficiency at intermediate to advanced level; interviews in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
