Job summary

Randstad Argentina is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a major automotive client. You will oversee planning and execution of data migration activities, coordinating cross-functional teams and defining controls to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

The role requires strong data migration expertise, experience with S/4HANA is preferred, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; experience with S/4HANA preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
