Rumzer.Com in a global consulting context seeks a Data Migration Lead to guide planning and execution of a critical data migration program for a world-leading automotive manufacturer. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale data migrations, strong methodology across ETL, cleansing, validation, and loading, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading data migration in large enterprise programs.
• Strong data migration methodology covering extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migrations is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
