Bcrecruitment is seeking a Data Migration Lead to support a globally known automotive client within a leading consulting environment. You will plan and drive data migration activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and define the migration approach and controls.

Fluency in English, UTC working hours (9:00–17:00), and 100% remote work are required; ERP migrations (S/4HANA) are valued. Join a collaborative team delivering high-impact data transitions.

Formación

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; ERP migration experience (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Required Skills

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
