Bcrecruitment is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a world-leading automotive manufacturer. You will plan and drive end-to-end data migration activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and define migration controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target system in a 100% remote role.

Ideal candidates have ERP migration experience (S/4HANA or similar), strong English, and availability to work in UTC hours (9:00–17:00).

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
