Bcrecruitment is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration programs for a leading automotive client within a global consulting environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach, controls, and risk management to ensure a smooth transition.

The role requires strong experience in data migration methodologies, ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and fluent English.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies. Mention experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
