YO AI Labs is seeking a Data Migration Lead to spearhead end-to-end data migration efforts for a major automotive client within a global consulting framework. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, establish migration controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires strong knowledge of data migration methodologies, experience with large-scale programs, and fluency in English for interviews and daily collaboration in UTC hours.

Competenze

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar) preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work in English.
• Available to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
