Sovos is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide new clients through onboarding, owning the full lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring timely, high-quality implementations and positive user adoption.

Ideal candidates bring client-facing experience, project management, and a willingness to learn Sovos tax rules, with strong English communication and comfort using AI-assisted workflows.

Formación

• Experience in a service-related, client-facing role with multiple priorities.
• Background in implementation, project management, or technical consulting.
• Foundational understanding of product market tax rules or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and time management across projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and technology platforms in configuration and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client contact through implementation from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep on track.
• Complete configuration tasks and document setup details for smooth handoffs.
• Lead client work sessions translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide training and ongoing support during peak processing times after go-live.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve documentation quality.
