latamcent is seeking a founder-level onboarding leader to own the customer onboarding motion for its AI platform serving commercial general contractors. You will design the end-to-end onboarding from kickoff to real adoption, building scalable processes and training assets.

In this role you will map existing contractor workflows into the platform, leverage AI to automate onboarding and support, and run multiple customer onboardings with high-quality documentation.

Formación

• 3-5 years in onboarding, implementation, or customer success at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate onboarding.
• Proven track record building or fixing onboarding processes.
• Comfort managing several client relationships in parallel.
• Documentation and configuration work that is client-ready.

Responsabilidades

• Take every new customer from kickoff through go-live and into day-to-day adoption.
• Map contractor workflows (bidding, PM, field, finance) into platform workflows.
• Use AI to automate onboarding and support to scale headcount.
• Lead onboarding sessions for owners, field crews, and finance teams.
• Build reusable onboarding assets and refine them with AI.
• Translate on-ground learnings into PRDs for product/engineering.
• Manage multiple onboardings simultaneously without sacrificing docs quality.
