Sovos is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to guide new clients through onboarding, owning the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. This client-facing role translates business needs into technical solutions, delivering on time with quality and care.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, train clients, and leverage AI tools to streamline processes. This role demands strong English communication and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Experience in client-facing implementation, project management, or technical consulting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for clients through implementation from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, identify risks, and resolve issues to stay on track.
• Document configuration details to ensure a smooth handoff to support teams.
• Lead client work sessions to translate requirements into specifications.
• Provide training and ongoing support after go-live.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve onboarding.
• Identify process improvements for the implementation team and clients.
