Loop AI is seeking a highly capable Customer Success Manager to guide customers from onboarding to full adoption. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth implementations and rapid value realization for US-based clients.

You will lead customer onboarding, coordinate integrations, and deliver training sessions while translating technical concepts into clear language for stakeholders. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Native or near-native English communication (spoken and written).
• 2+ years in Customer Success or related technical role.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Technically proficient with APIs, integrations, troubleshooting, and workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Located in Latin/South/Central America.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer onboarding from contract signature through successful launch.
• Lead customer implementation projects with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate integrations with POS systems and third-party platforms.
• Configure accounts and validate data quality.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and customer training.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with Engineering on complex problems.
• Translate technical concepts for customers.
• Manage multiple implementations while maintaining communications.
• Monitor customer health and identify adoption opportunities.
• Document requirements, workflows, and implementation processes.
• Become a product expert advising on best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience.
