HR Solutions in Iquitos, Peru, is seeking a full-time on-site Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition. You will draft postings, source candidates, screen resumes, and interview applicants in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires coordinating interview schedules, administering assessments, and supporting workforce planning while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and driving employer branding initiatives.

Formación

• Proven experience in recruitment and personnel selection.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Peru HR practices and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish; English is a plus.
