We are seeking a skilled Elixir backend engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, collaborate with product teams, and own features end-to-end while contributing to an outstanding code culture.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent and distributed systems.
• Designing and building RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL) and working with PostgreSQL (Ecto).
• Strong product sense and passion for building reliable, scalable systems.
• Excellent communication in an agile team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build, design, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable services.
• Own features from conception to launch, including technical specs and release processes.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve performance and fault tolerance.
• Stay current with Elixir ecosystem trends to drive innovation.
