• 3+ years of professional software development experience with backend focus.
• Strong experience with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and work with PostgreSQL (Ecto).

Responsabilidades

• Build, design, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs using Elixir/Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable services.
• Own features from concept to release, including technical specs and code quality.
