EY GDS in Buenos Aires is seeking an Early Careers Attraction Project Manager to coordinate campus engagement initiatives across recruitment teams and alumni stakeholders. The role focuses on executing campus strategy plans, governance, budgeting, and reporting while supporting remote stakeholder teams.

You will partner with University Relationship Leaders and recruiting partners to tailor engagement approaches, track milestones, and provide updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience working with recruiting systems, CRM tools, or candidate tracking platforms.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and remotely support university engagement activities by partnering with URLs, client-serving professionals, alumni, and recruiting stakeholders.
• Support event planning, logistics, outreach, communications, and operational coordination for campus engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder teams, ensuring resources, materials, guidance, and information are provided.
• Communicate with candidates identified from school teams who are interested in EY opportunities.
• Manage engagement requests and align campus activities with talent priorities, local market needs, and hiring objectives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to tailor engagement approaches based on university priorities.
