EY GDS in Buenos Aires (CABA) is seeking an Early Careers Attraction Project Manager to coordinate campus engagement strategies across recruiting teams, alumni stakeholders, and campus partners. You will oversee university engagement programs, provide resources, and track progress.

You will manage governance, events, budgets, and reporting while ensuring timely updates to leadership and alignment with talent priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Experience in recruiting, talent operations, or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and shift priorities.
• Experience with recruiting systems, CRM tools, or candidate tracking platforms.
• Strong teamwork and relationship skills across matrixed stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and remotely support university engagement activities with URLs, alumni, and recruiting stakeholders.
• Assist event planning, logistics, outreach, and operational coordination for campus engagement.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholder teams, ensuring access to resources and guidance.
• Manage engagement requests and align campus activities with talent priorities and local needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor engagement approaches.
• Track milestones, commitments, and engagement outcomes; provide updates to leadership.
