EY is seeking an Early Careers Attraction Project Manager (Rank: Supervising Associate) to centrally coordinate EY's campus strategy and recruit for early career programs across universities. You will partner with University Relationship Leaders, alumni, and recruiting teams to align campus activities with talent priorities and market needs.

You will remotely manage stakeholder groups, track milestones, manage budgets, and report outcomes to leadership, ensuring resources, tools, and guidance

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt priorities.
• Experience with recruiting systems, CRM tools, or candidate tracking platforms.
• Strong teamwork and relationship management across diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and remotely support university engagement activities with URLs, alumni and recruiting stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute campus engagement events and communications.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholder teams, ensuring access to resources and guidance.
• Communicate with candidates identified by school teams about EY opportunities.
• Align campus activities with talent priorities and local market needs.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to tailor engagement approaches based on university priorities.
• Track milestones, commitments, and engagement outcomes; provide updates and leadership recommendations.
