EY GDS in Buenos Aires is seeking an Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator - Associate to support campus recruiting activities and assist recruiters with interview coordination and candidate processing. This role emphasizes service to both candidates and recruiting personnel across the hiring lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years in recruiting or related fields, a degree in a related discipline, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• 0–2 years of recruiting or related experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• HR or recruiting experience a plus; familiarity with ATS systems is beneficial.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage candidate interviews and communications as directed by Recruiters.
• Support the early careers recruiting strategy and process, including candidate processing and updates.
• Assist with onboarding, pre-hire checks, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain interview schedules and liaison with client service teams for status updates.
• Support virtual webinars and onboarding sessions as needed.
• Process invoices and purchase orders for TA2 activities.
