Marathon Talent is seeking an E-Commerce Director to lead the luxury online channel (Shopify) and drive global growth across all digital touchpoints. The role focuses on optimizing the customer journey, site merchandising, pricing, and performance analytics to deliver a premium direct-to-consumer experience.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in e-commerce management, strong leadership skills, and experience with CRM and marketing automation.

Formación

• 8+ years in e-commerce, online retail, or digital commerce management at a company generating USD 8M+ annual e-commerce revenue.
• Strong expertise in Shopify platforms, online retail operations, and digital sales channels.
• Analytical skills including web analytics, conversion optimization, and reporting.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue and profitability goals in a digital environment.
• Leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field; bilingual (English & Spanish).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the global e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee site merchandising, product assortment, pricing, and promotional calendars.
• Monitor KPIs, customer behavior, and sales performance metrics.
• Optimize website conversion, user experience, and customer journey.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team while establishing priorities and workflows.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and successful campaign execution across channels.
• Identify and implement new technologies and growth opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency and luxury standards across all online touchpoints.
