A leading talent management firm is seeking an E-commerce Specialist based in Argentina to manage and optimize e-commerce performance across platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in e-commerce, strong analytics skills, and be comfortable in agile workflows. Formación

• 3+ years of e-commerce experience.
• Strong expertise with Shopify and TikTok Shop.
• Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo)
• High attention to detail and fast execution speed
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable with agile workflows
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage performance on Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email marketing.
• Own conversion rate optimization initiatives and analytics.
• Conduct weekly QA on listings, tags, and images.
• Take full ownership of TikTok Shop—including catalog, SEO, UGC, affiliates, promos, thumbnails, and tagging
• Fully manage Meta Shops (feed, error resolution, IG Shop collections, commerce compliance)
• Own email campaigns and flows, transitioning from Mailchimp to Klaviyo
• Build landing pages via Canva using existing templates
• Conduct weekly QA on listings, tags, and images
• Collaborate on SEO, promotions, merchandising, and bundles to support growth initiatives

Role

We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to fully own and manage the company’s e-commerce performance across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email. This hands‑on, operations‑heavy role focuses on conversion optimization, catalog accuracy, channel growth, and enhancing the customer buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage performance on Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email marketing
• Own CRO initiatives, A/B testing, analytics, and performance dashboards
• Manage Shopify apps and AfterShip integration
• Take full ownership of TikTok Shop—including catalog, SEO, UGC, affiliates, promos, thumbnails, and tagging
• Fully manage Meta Shops (feed, error resolution, IG Shop collections, commerce compliance)
