Keller Executive Search, on behalf of an established jewelry and accessories brand, seeks an E-Commerce and Digital Growth Manager to drive online revenue, traffic, and conversion. You will align commercial thinking with performance analytics to optimize customer behavior and the online shopping experience.

The role requires 4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing, with preference for experience in jewelry or consumer brands, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 4+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience.
• Experience within jewelry, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands preferred.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce analytics and conversion metrics.
• Experience with digital advertising and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsabilidades
