Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to lead end-to-end management of a portfolio of DTC accounts. You will speak directly with clients, present plans and results, and defend your decisions. The role emphasizes ownership, attribution, and scalable growth strategies.

You will work remotely with a global team, take client calls during US Eastern hours, and drive growth through data-driven optimization and innovative landing-page strategies.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Strong knowledge of attribution models and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end from strategy to client contact.
• Audit campaigns and structure before touching anything.
• Manage brand and non-brand as separate units with distinct targets.
• Understand PMax dynamics and avoid misleading CAC signals.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit auto features.
• Own feed quality and Shopping/PMax performance.
• Own tracking setup in GA4, GTM and Shopify integrations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement fixes across funnel stages.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
