Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own DTC accounts end to end for ~50 brands, with $6–$9M monthly on Meta and $1–$2M on Google. You’ll speak directly with clients, defend your decisions, and own outcomes across the funnel from feed to landing pages.

You’ll operate remotely with US Eastern business hours as the client contact, and be evaluated on output rather than time clocks. This is a high-ownership, growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce and ROAS/CPA metrics.
• Ability to audit accounts and present client findings.
• Strong English communication for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client liaison.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Execute brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Understand PMax behavior and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Own feed health (Merchant Center) and conversion tracking across platforms.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required landing pages or scripts.
