Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire funnel, manage high-spend DTC accounts, and defend strategy with clients. You will lead audits, optimize PMax, and own tracking, feed, and creative optimization.

You will communicate directly with clients and own results. You will work remotely with global clients, take calls during US Eastern hours, and drive growth through data-led decisions, testing, and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end with direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses for clear reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing beyond brand vs incremental CAC.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit auto features regularly.
• Own the product feed, Merchant Center hygiene, titles, promotions, and impact on Shopping.
• Own the tracking system: GA4, GTM, conversions, and offline imports.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client liaison; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary; present results and defend decisions.
• Audit overhauls: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Separate brand and non-brand growth; report them independently.
• Understand PMax behavior and set realistic targets; avoid misattribution.
• Maintain control over automation: review auto recommendations and assets.
• Oversee feed and Shopping delivery and ensure conversion tracking accuracy.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offer, AOV, landing pages, and checkout; fix them.
• Build required pages or scripts to remove constraints; leverage AI for landing pages.
