Job summary

Optery is a digital marketing agency delivering full-stack account management for multi-location clients in med spa, aesthetics, clinics, and senior care sectors. The role is fully remote as a LATAM contractor, with US Central time hours and some flexibility for other zones.

You will own accounts end-to-end, crafting brand messaging in Claude and directly running SEO, social, and paid media while building Claude workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience for multiple clients
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates
• Experience running several client accounts, often with multiple locations
• Strong brand and copy judgment that you can explain and defend
• Comfort working with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get the site, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure
• Structure multi-location accounts so each location's numbers read clearly and compare cost per booked appointment
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows used by the team
• Join client calls across time zones
