Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires (CABA) seeks an Opportunity Manager to support the Opportunity and Product Management Lead, handling digital Talent requests from intake to go/no-go. You will work with Product Managers, approved submitters, Global Platforms, and ET to ensure requests are well defined, routed properly, prioritized, and tracked through governance and the ET lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
Experience in opportunity management, PMO, portfolio operations or business analysis.
Experience defining requirements, scope and business value; coordinating business and technical intake; and supporting system build and testing.
Experience supporting governance forums, decision tracking and executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize digital Talent requests from intake to go/no-go decision.
Coordinate with Product Managers, approved submitters, Global Platforms, Integration teams and Enterprise Technology (ET).
Prepare Business Priorities Forum materials, decision logs and stakeholder communications.
Maintain pipeline dashboards showing status, aging and decisions to reduce manual follow-up.
