EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a Project Management Analyst to support planning, governance, and reporting of strategic programs. You will maintain project controls, track performance metrics, and ensure delivery method adherence across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Program Managers, Solution Leaders, and stakeholders to provide accurate insights, facilitate decisions, and drive operational excellence. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting project management, PMO, program management, consulting, or business operations functions.
• Experience with project portfolio management tools and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.

Aufgaben

• Support project planning, execution, and governance by maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and documentation repositories.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, scorecards, meeting materials, executive communications, meeting notes, decisions, and action items for stakeholder visibility.
• Track project performance across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, changes, and financial health, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain project risk, issue, assumption, and dependency logs; monitor mitigation plans and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial performance; support vendor and procurement tracking as required.
