EY in Buenos Aires (CABA) seeks a Client Technology Tech Activation Program Manager to support the CTO by translating strategic priorities into coordinated execution. You will manage operational requirements, establish rhythms, and drive execution across the organization.

The role requires a proactive, highly organized, strategically minded individual who can partner with senior stakeholders, manage confidential information and ensure commitments progress from decision to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred for this role.
• Experience supporting a senior executive and coordinating priorities across a global/matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Anticipate priorities and translate leadership direction into actions, owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Establish operating rhythms including leadership agendas, reviews, decision forums and planning cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and dependencies for integrated execution across the organization.
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through implementation with visibility into milestones and risks.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and analyses to support leadership discussions.
• Capture decisions and track actions, raise barriers and ensure timely follow-through.
• Support governance, processes, tools and ways of working to improve effectiveness.
• Partner with Finance, Talent, Operations and other functions to coordinate requirements.
• Provide visibility into progress against priorities including risks and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and coordination.
