Job summary

Creatunity Llc is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to own 6–10 client accounts across paid media, websites, CRM, and creative, with AI-driven production. You’ll decide on options, approve or fix, and drive growth while reporting to the CEO.

Remote, LATAM contractor role with US business hours. You’ll lead client relationships, build features in Claude Code, and scale delivery to take on more accounts while ensuring high quality and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running marketing or growth for clients or agency.
• Final say on a client's ad spend, creative, or pricing.
• Experience building campaigns in Google Ads and Meta.
• Daily work with Claude or a similar tool and a release or build.
• Ability to check AI output before it goes live.
• Familiar with tag managers, CRMs, DNS, and webhooks.
• Near-native English with client-facing confidence.
• Desire to grow with the company as it takes on more accounts.

Responsibilities

• Run the client relationship with owners, executive directors, and sales teams.
• Approve Google Ads and Meta builds before launch.
• Adjust budgets and bids; cut non performing terms.
• Own conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and offline CRM imports.
• Direct WordPress rebuilds, then own go-live and redirects.
• Connect CRMs, call tracking, and forms to follow leads to sales.
• Approve client pricing changes, promotions, and policy pages.
• Sign off on weekly and monthly client reports.
