Proofpoint is seeking a Senior DevOps and Data Engineer to join the Data Platform team in Córdoba. You will own reliability, automation, and delivery of data pipelines, building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, CI/CD for Glue ETL jobs, and orchestration of data workflows.
You’ll shape observability, security, and operational excellence across production data services. You will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and security teams to ship high-quality data products,
Competenze
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering, with data engineering exposure.
Mansioni
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AWS Glue ETL jobs and related data infrastructure.
- Build and manage AWS infrastructure using IaC (Terraform and/or AWS CDK).
- Own observability stacks for data pipelines (metrics, logs, alerts).
- Develop DataOps tooling and reusable templates for rapid pipeline delivery.
- Lead incident response and drive post-mortem improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers in DevOps and data engineering practices.
