Proofpoint in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking a DevOps and Data Engineer to join the Data Platform team in a hybrid role. You will own reliability, automation, and delivery of data pipelines and analytics infrastructure, building AWS-first cloud setups, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling to empower data teams.

Formación
- 2+ years in DevOps or platform engineering with data engineering work.
- Experience with AWS core services (S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Hands-on with Glue ETL, Athena, and S3 lifecycle/encryption.
- Proficiency with IaC tools Terraform and/or CDK for production environments.
- Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes).
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AWS Glue ETL jobs and related data infrastructure.
- Manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/CDK).
- Own observability: metrics, logs, and alerts across data pipelines.
- Oversee container and compute infra for data ingestion microservices.
- Develop and maintain Glue ETL jobs (PySpark) for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with data teams to translate requirements into scalable infra solutions.
