EY in Buenos Aires is seeking a Delivery Technologist to drive operational excellence across Talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and related processes. You will connect systems, data, and user needs to support effective delivery and sustained adoption of Talent initiatives.

The role collaborates with Technology & Solutions, Talent teams, vendors, and enterprise partners to manage testing, readiness, and process improvements while documenting decisions and lessons learned.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in talent operations or related field.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate testing and readiness activities for implementations, enhancements, and process changes.
• Create and manage test candidates, execute test scripts, and recreate reported scenarios to support validation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor items and tickets to maintain visibility and timely resolution.
• Triage inquiries by identifying trends and escalating items as needed.
• Prepare routine updates and communications to keep teams aligned.
• Maintain process guidance, known issues, testing outcomes, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate across teams to support execution across implementation and sustainment activities.
• Support data gathering, reporting, and feedback tracking to identify patterns.
