EY-Parthenon seeks a Staff level professional to join the Deal Technology practice within Strategy and Execution in Argentina. You will work on IT and technology-focused transactions, helping develop and execute separation, integration plans, and value-enhancing ideas. A commercial mindset is essential.

You will support cross-functional client teams, gain exposure to pre-deal and post-deal work, and collaborate with global teams. Strong English and travel readiness are required.

Formación

• Completed undergraduate degree with at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support and execute IT & technology projects across sectors.
• Assist in pre-deal and post-deal integration planning and execution.
• Develop experience across various engagements, including operational and carve-out planning.
