Job summary

Dsm-Firmenich Ag is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations with remote work. You will be the main technical contact for client accounts, overseeing project lifecycles from onboarding to delivery, while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include managing tickets, budgets, and vendor communications, and guiding junior staff, with a hands-on approach to datacenter hardware and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or related field.
• Hands-on server hardware, cabling, power, and cooling experience.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools: Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small technical team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client accounts through the project lifecycle.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow; create, assign, and close tickets with clear documentation.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment and sign-off.
• Identify blockers early and coordinate cross-functional resolution without unnecessary escalations.
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and internal stakeholders.
