Job summary

Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group seeks a Technical Project Manager for Data Center (Remote). You will act as the primary technical contact for clients, manage multi-workstream projects, and own ticket lifecycles in ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities include onboarding, scoping, and technical reviews, with coordinating procurement and vendor logistics. You will oversee datacenter operations, ensure change control and safety, and guide junior technicians while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

Proven experience in a technical client-facing role and strong written/verbal communication.
Hands-on familiarity with datacenter hardware, cabling, power and cooling.
Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO management.
Ability to lead and develop a small technical team and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts through the project lifecycle.
Lead client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings; translate requirements into tickets.
Manage the full lifecycle of tickets in ITSM systems; track multi-workstream projects from planning to sign-off.
Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics; ensure safety and change control.
