Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center projects. You will own client relationships, manage full ticket lifecycle, oversee on-site and remote hands, and ensure SLA compliance.

This remote role requires hands-on hardware, ITSM tooling (Jira, ServiceNow), budgeting, and team leadership. You will coordinate with vendors, review work orders, and maintain project dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or technical infrastructure.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware and cabling.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO"s.
• Strong written and verbal communication, clear ticketing and client reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM platform.
• Oversee datacenter operations including server rack/stack, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Coordinate budgets, change orders, and procurement; review vendor invoices against work orders.
• Lead and develop a small technical team; setup SOPs and onboarding materials.
