Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis in a technical environment, data operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day data analysis and deliver reports and insights for internal stakeholders and client-related requests.
• Identify, locate, extract, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Use artificial intelligence tools appropriately to support data research, consolidation, analysis, and reporting, while verifying accuracy.
• Monitor and assess data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy across incoming data and existing reports.
• Investigate data discrepancies, document findings, and drive issues through completion.
• Create, maintain, and validate recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and business metrics.
• Support data initiatives like Device IQ and Protection Index.
• Communicate findings, progress, risks, and recommended actions clearly to stakeholders.
• Document data sources, processes, and analysis to support repeatability and knowledge sharing.
