Assurant is seeking a Data Insights Associate to develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that inform business decisions. You will partner with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data analysis using Power BI and SQL.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, handle ad hoc requests, monitor data quality, and support automation initiatives while growing your analytics skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, BI, or a related field.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Analyze operational, financial, sales, and business data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and business analysis initiatives.
• Monitor and validate data quality across reporting sources.
• Interpret data and provide recommendations that support business objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis to investigate data discrepancies and issues.
• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements for new reporting solutions.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytical needs.
• Support development and optimization of reporting datasets.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Assist with testing and validating reporting enhancements prior to deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Provide support and guidance to end users regarding reports and dashboards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities as needed.
