Assurant is seeking a Data Insights Associate to develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions. You will transform data into actionable insights using dashboards, reports, and SQL queries, partnering with stakeholders across the business.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies while supporting data-driven decision-making and cross-functional initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or finance.
• 1+ years of data analytics, reporting, BI, or related experience.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and clear written/verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Analyze operational, financial, and sales data to identify trends and insights.
• Write SQL queries and support data preparation for analytics projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and support decision making.
