Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center (Remote).

You will be the primary technical contact for clients, owning the full project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery, coordinating hardware deployment, cabling, power/cooling, and remote hands while aligning with business goals. You will manage tickets in Jira/ServiceNow, track multi-workstream initiatives, review work orders for technical accuracy, and oversee budgets, quotes, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter ops or related field.
• Direct client-facing technical role experience.
• Hands-on hardware, cabling, power.
• Proficient in Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar.
• Experience owning budgets, SOWs or vendor POs.
• Proven ability to manage a small technical team.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow; track multi-workstream projects and deliverables.
• Oversee on-site and remote hands work; ensure safety and technical accuracy of work orders.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and vendor invoices; assist with quotes and SOWs.
• Lead and coach a small technical team; develop SOPs and onboarding materials.
