Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong English (C1+), and a target-driven attitude. This is a full-time, US-hours role with 100% remote work and USD or local currency payment options.

About The Role

Turn inbound leads into booked appointments and sales for US businesses.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads by phone, SMS and email
• Qualify leads and understand their needs
• Book appointments on the sales team's calendar
• Follow up with leads that haven't converted yet
• Keep the CRM up to date
• Reach daily activity and booking targets

Requirements

• 1+ year in sales, appointment setting or customer service
• Advanced English (C1 or higher), confident on the phone
• Target-driven and resilient
• CRM experience

Nice To Have

• Experience in real estate, home services or insurance
