Delver Agents LLC seeks a Port Agent to join the Operations team, onsite at Ushuaia. The role focuses on supporting cruise and expedition vessels, coordinating port calls from pre-arrival planning to departure and serving as the primary liaison ashore.

You will work closely with Masters, client representatives and authorities, ensuring safety, efficiency and timely execution of all port activities. Previous maritime operations experience and strong English communication are highly valued.

Formación

• Experience in operations, logistics, maritime activities or similar positions is advantageous.
• Good command of written and spoken English for international communications.
• Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic port environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate vessel arrivals, port stays and departures with continuous updates.
• Arrange port services, mooring/unmooring, water, bunker, waste, provisions and crew movements.
• Communicate with Masters, client representatives and authorities throughout the port call.
• Liaise with Port/Maritime Authorities, Immigration, Customs and other agencies to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to minimize delays to the schedule.
• Assist in resolving unexpected situations during port operations.
