Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an organized Expedition Coordinator to assist the Expedition Manager in planning and coordinating cruises.

You will help develop itineraries, manage logistics, and ensure top-notch guest services across multiple departments. Responsibilities include preparing detailed itineraries, coordinating with authorities and vendors for permits, overseeing onboard activities, maintaining expedition equipment inventory, and contributing to post-expedition evaluations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the cruise industry, preferably expedition cruises.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with operations, guest services, and marketing to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Prepare and distribute detailed itineraries and information to guests and crew.
• Coordinate with local authorities and vendors to secure permits and services for each expedition.
• Assist with managing onboard activities and excursions in line with company standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of expedition equipment and supplies.
• Provide support to the Expedition Manager during the expedition and handle guest inquiries.
• Assist with post-expedition evaluations and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to improve expeditions and guest experience.
