Delver Agents is seeking a reliable Crew Transfer Assistant & Driver to support crew and passenger movements in Ushuaia. You will assist at airports, ports and hotels, handle luggage and drive company vehicles as required, ensuring safe and punctual transfers across daily schedules.

The role demands flexibility, strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to adapt to changing operations, including nights, weekends and early mornings based on flight and vessel movements.

• Must have a valid professional driver's license and driving experience.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and dispatch crew members and passengers at airports, ports and hotels.
• Assist with arrivals, departures, airport check-in and hotel check-in/out processes.
• Drive company vehicles safely and professionally according to assigned services.
• Follow the Daily Service Order, including schedules, routes and instructions.
• Assist with loading, unloading and handling passenger luggage.
• Support lost luggage claims and delivery when required.
• Maintain communication with the Transfers Coordinator and Crewing Operations Team.
• Report delays, incidents, or changes affecting service.
• Perform basic pre-service vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
• Manage transfer vouchers and operational documentation when applicable.
• Provide support during last-minute changes and disruptions.
• Assist with other crewing and transfers-related tasks.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Crew Transfer Assistant & Driver provides operational support to crew and passenger movements in Ushuaia, combining transfer assistance duties with professional driving responsibilities. The role is responsible for assisting crew members and passengers at airports, ports and hotels, supporting luggage handling and operational coordination, and driving company vehicles whenever required. The position requires flexibility, reliability and full availability, as duties may vary according to daily operational needs, flight schedules and vessel movements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and dispatch crew members and passengers at airports, ports and hotels.
• Assist with arrivals, departures, airport check-in and hotel check-in/check-out processes.
• Drive company vehicles safely and professionally according to assigned services.
• Follow the Daily Service Order, including assigned schedules, routes and operational instructions.
• Assist with loading, unloading and handling passenger luggage.
• Support lost luggage claims, follow-up and delivery when required.
• Maintain constant communication with the Transfers Coordinator and Crewing Operations Team.
• Report delays, incidents, changes or any situation that may affect the service.
• Maintain company vehicles clean, organized and in proper operating condition.
• Perform basic pre-service vehicle checks and report maintenance requirements.
• Manage transfer vouchers and other operational documentation when applicable.
• Provide support during last-minute changes, flight disruptions and other operational contingencies.
• Assist with other Crewing and Transfers-related operational tasks as required.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Valid professional driver's license.
• Previous driving experience.
• English language skills suitable for communicating with international crew members and passengers.
• Full-time availability and flexible working hours.
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, nights and early mornings according to operational requirements.
• Port access authorization and valid Prefectura clearance, or eligibility to obtain them.
• Ability to assist with luggage handling and routine operational tasks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in tourism, passenger transportation, transfers, hospitality, logistics, airports or maritime operations.
• Experience working with international passengers or crew members.
• Knowledge of Ushuaia Airport, Port and main hotel locations.
• Basic digital skills for operational records and internal communication.
