Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced Expedition Leader to plan and oversee all onboard activities and shore excursions aboard our vessels. You will lead a dedicated activities team and ensure guest safety while delivering engaging destination presentations.

The role requires 3+ years in expedition leadership or cruise directing, fluent English, and strong leadership. A hospitality/ tourism background and First Aid/CPR are advantages.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Expedition Leader or Cruise Director.
• Experience leading activities and excursions (e.g., hiking, snorkeling, cultural tours).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and lead all onboard activities and shore excursions.
• Ensure the safety of all guests during activities and excursions.
• Manage and supervise a team of onboard activity staff.
• Provide informative and engaging presentations and lectures about the destinations and activities.
• Create and maintain a positive and fun atmosphere onboard for guests.
• Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain inventory and equipment for all activities and excursions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and improve operations.
